Updating my previous review. I called the service number regarding the malfunction all washers and was promptly refunded in the mail for the full amount lost to the malfunctional washers. Overall this is a wonderful laundromat.

PROS:
- Newer machines - industrial front loaders
- In a nice neighborhood so feels safe even late at night
- Very reasonably priced for the quality of machines and for how well your clothes are washed (For example, less than $7 for an 8 loader AND it washes your clothes for over 30 minute cycles) I met a lady who lived on the west side that did all her laundry here, after working in town - she thought no other laundromat compared
- Prompt refunds in the mail for malfunctional machines after hours
- Ample parking!
- Open 24 hours!
- Clean!

CONS:
- A little out of the way - deep in Manoa
- Many of the machines don’t seem to have hot water, or a fabric softener compartment that works
- Watch closely to make sure machines properly fill with water, some fill with a lot of water, some I can’t even see the water line and my clothes come out smelling soapy and bleachy
- No laundry carts to help you push large loads from the washers to dryers
