I haven’t had to go to a laundromat in years. The attendant was absolutely amazing! He assisted me from the beginning to the end of my duration at the facility. He was pleasant and very informative. He made my experience great

Great customer service
So let me start with you can’t even go across the street or they will remove your clothes out the dryer .. The black girls was cool but the white chick can go to hell .. Probably not even getting paid $7 and have the nerve to get disrespectful. called the owner and he worthless to will not be returning .. screw this place
You called and stated that your boyfriend was the one who left the clothes in the washing machine. You were occupying five machines. The clothes were done and they were sitting in the washer. We had customers waiting to use those washers. We announced both inside the washer and outside in the parking lot to see who those clothes belong to and nobody replied. No one was there to claim the un-occupied clothes. The black, cool girl said that you were using profanity while screaming in the store. We tried to talk to you and you wouldn’t allow anyone to speak to you. Our policy and procedure is to remove clothes that are left unattended while using disposable gloves in order to provide every customer the same opportunity to use those machines. We are sorry that you are not happy, but we would do the same if you were in a position like the customers who were waiting to use those machines today.
It’s always very clean and the man who works there always makes sure everyone is good. He goes beyond the regular role and extends himself wherever he is able.

Loved the book section for the kiddos. Vending prices were reasonable. Seventy Five Cents for a canned drink. Clean. Change machine worked. Waited here while my lunch @ PeeWees’s was prepared.
This is a GREAT place!! When I tell y'all the hospitality is AMAZING! Uncle Buck is what he would tell you to call. Customer service is amazing and he would give you some really good advice on the machines. The environment is REALLY clean. This is by far the best laundromat that I’ve been too!

I truly enjoy visiting this clean, we'll maintain laundromat. Mr. Freddie is very nice to the customers and keeps the place well presentable. Wish they played nice jazz music and gospel music on Sundays instead of the big screen TV which you have no control over watching what's on it. Music would definitely be more entertaining. Think about it!
