They hours says close at 9pm but actually close before 8:15pm

Stop letting people in at 8pm when hours of operation is open until 9pm. Went to my vehicle and called to clarify what time they close and was told 9pm. When asked why was I denied access. I was told there is a sign INSIDE stating last wash at 8 but I could come in. I stated "How are you customers to know that if the sign is inside." And then was told you can just come on in. Negative! I'll take my money elsewhere.

What a clean and reasonable laundromat with great massage chair and the laundromat attendant lady with the short blonde hair was very helpful I would refer alot of people to yall.

I am so happy with this place! Originally I was going to the laundromat on Downman and it was terrible. No outside food, no rolling baskets, and no restrooms. This place is a complete step up I wish I would have been coming here. They even have a area for kids 🥰. I have never been so satisfied in my life.

Happy to pay a little more for the clean facilities and TV, staff could be a little more friendly. We were in close to close and the lady was grumbling about coming in tomorrow and being there til close. Overall, still great experience.

Originally planned on going to laundromat center on franklin avenue (our usual spot) but there wasnt any functioning washer or dryers left.

We waited last time but we didn't feel like waiting or having to deal with the hassle of someone snatching one from us because they didn't know we were next.

So I was like let's try somewhere else.
We came across Laundromat zone here and at first we were deterred by the lack of parking but the security (yes they had security) told us we could park in the lot next door.

The parking reminds me of Melbas 😖

Luckily someone pulled out and we were able to park in that spot which was literally in the front of the building.

Once we got inside there were plenty of available washers and dryers, the place was very clean, the attendant were helpful and friendly.

There's free outlets to charge your phone even a massage chair (but you'llhave to pay for those I think)!

If you're looking for a meal or snack there a crab business next door & McDonald's right across the street.

I took a couple of pictures for your viewing pleasure.

My only complaint is that the tables to fold your clothes are very short on space.

Other than that, we had a great experience and I think we will be coming back really soon!
