I had the worse experience of my life here at this Laundromax! And by the looks of the other complaints written in the reviews, I believe we’re ALL complaining about the same employee. I spoke to the manager Sharon whom seemed “nice and apologetic” about her employee’s barbaric behavior and assault, yes assault! but I could tell an apology from management was the furthest she was willing to extended herself. I mean, if this is how and who you want to represent your “business” it won’t last. It seems this employee has been an issue before, however ... this employee is still employed there. I digress. This was once a place I enjoyed coming to for the FREE DRY, but if you do the math, it actually balances out with the wash since the Washing price is slightly higher than others. I will take my money else where before I ever get disrespected, violated, and assaulted from another one of their employees. I will NOT recommend Laundromax on Barnum ave to anybody! We’re suppose to be valued customers, and the fact this young girl is still working there shows they do not in fact value a thing about their customers or care how they are treated. And that’s how I know speaking to Sharon, fell on deaf ears. Take your money else where. This place is not worth your hard earned money. I refuse to line these peoples pockets. I repeat! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

this is the only laundromat I come to honestly, it’s very clean, comfortable and quiet. Workers are nice too

Its always clean, quiet, and not very crowded whenever I come in. New laundry cards cost 5 dollars and the machine puts $3 on it. Big washer is 6.99 before extra rinse or wash, small washer is 2.99 before extra rinse or wash. Free dry. Very cheap and is worth the extra couple minute drive compared to the one closer to my house
