My mother and I had the worst experience at a laundry mat ever today. This employee needs to be fired. Noone should be treated like she treated my mother. We came to wash our laundry today we arrived around 220pm on Sunday October 6th. Washed our things with no issues. But once we were ready to dry things went horribly south. The may attendant was using a row of machines to dry. My mother waiting patiently for one to open up and place our cart in front of the machine so we could use it next. A few mins go by we come back to the an notice that the attendee pished our cart out of the way an called over one of her friends to use the dryer. A second machine open up an the lady that was called over seen my mother was in front of her an she didn't put her things so we could. He attendee then come about her friends items in the drier herself. My mother than proceeded to ask her since we are both customers why can't I use that machine. My mother is told she has to wait. So she did. Another machine opened up my mother proceeded to fill it with her items. The attendee then went an turn the machine off so my mother could not start it. My mother tryin to not cause any conflict went to another machine. Once filled th machine was also turned off. After that my mother asked the attendee why she turned them off an she told my mother I'm not speaking with you your gonna wait for the police an talk with them. No explanation or any form of violence occurred but she felt that she needed to call the cops on my mother. She felt extremely embarrassed because my mother is a church going lady. An is the church mother. She is the last one to start any conflict. But this extremely rude horrible an unprofessional person felt is was a necessity to call the police on my mother. On e the arrived they spoke to the woman then to my mother they asked what happen an saw there was no reason for them to be called but had to ask my mother to leave because the employee said she had to. So she she got her things together and had to go dry else where. That is not the way to deal with a customer. That attendee need some sexy people skill training before allowing her to represent a company like that. Please know that noone in my family will ever step foot into any of your establishment any more. I hope that your company will learn when picking an employee to worker with your customers you will take a lil bit more time so things like this won't happen again
