I am a frequent customer here at the laundromats in the Lowell area. I do my laundry in the early hours between 1 :00 and 3:00 a.m.. quite often there is a Young laundromats representative on staff. ( I believe he is a manager) by the name Nathaniel or Nate is what he likes to go by. Just through frequent simple observations. It seems that This young man doesn't seem to have pause button. He is always cleaning something or Dusting, or sweeping. And he always makes time for the customers. You would think at those hours and it went on staff would have been tired or have some type of irritated attitude. But not this young man. He is always welcoming to whoever walks in the door. And always finds the time to greet them with a smile. It is rare to see a young man like him use such professionalism and demonstrate pride in his work. And clearly he knows that no one's looking. (Or so he thought) I am only sending this message because it would seem a shame that his efforts go unrecognized. He demonstrated the characteristics of what a manager should be resembling. It is of my opinion this young man will go for and whatever he pursues. Just with his core characteristics and values..

My first time at Laundromax, was a very satisfying experience because l met the angel 😇 of this place. I arrived at Laundromax exhausted. I took a Uber to bring me at a Laundromat near to me. But cause of the marathon, we couldn't find a place. The uber dropped me finally at Laundromax. And Ashley took great care of me. She is the kindest person I ever met. She take time to talk to people, she is very good 👍 for this job. I think that with her, Ladromax will be always the best.

Becky is awesome. I haven’t had the need to use a laundromat in over 10 years and had no idea what I was doing. Becky is super warm and welcoming and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for not knowing what I was doing. Going through some unfortunate life stuff and she made my day brighter (along with my clothes!). The washers are super fast (AND big…so easy if you have kids or don’t like to do laundry often lol) and there’s a free dry. I know where my laundry spot is now :) Parking is super convenient, too!

On Tuesday I visited the site to do my laundry but when I came in I was surprised it wasn't Rubon it was someone named Marv and. In 2 hours I was there he slept at the desk with his hood on never looked up at usually when it's Rubon he's always walking around cleaning and taking care of the store I was shocked
