Literally came on here to say after years of coming to this establishment will be my last time here never had a problem with drying for free after washes as posted on the laundry machines only reason I even go out of my way to this establishment is to save some money with the free drying after washes my card wasn’t working for free drying after wash I asked the manager apparently I need a 2025 card we just entered the new year no heads up ever was given me and my wife have been coming here for years now and this is completely not expectable as the first reviews say it’s false advertising not cool will also be reaching out to cooperate about this issue there needs to be a clear understanding about new cards old cards and courtesy with the staff left in charge like we washed a tremendous amount of laundry and for the first time felt like we were ripped off should have been a simple fix

This is the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been in. I usually avoid laundromats but I was in hurry to get my laundry done. So I researched every one in Lowell and found that this one has several machines and did not require coins, but accepted credit or debit to load the “clean card”. The employees and customers are so nice and helpful. They have a huge array of laundry products for sale on site as well, plenty of laundry folding tables and comfortable chairs with tables, including table and chairs for children. This will be my new laundry home!
Don't go here! The washers stink...they say free dry but then it doesn't ....qnd reaching out to the complaint box does nothing...I have yet to here back about my issue a ago month

Nate is the best when I'm it comes to folding and color coordinating my clothes! It's easy to put my mine and my family's clothes clothes away in their proper drawer the way he golds it so NEATLY! I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

My first time at a laundromat, I was pretty scared. I had to do a client’s laundry . The laundry attendant was a great guy! He walked me through it step-by-step. I would’ve been lost . Thanks again.
