I stopped by the other day to wash my king size comforter. Jessica was exceptional and very helpful. She even offered to wash and dry it for me. Love that they are 24 hours. Ricky, the employee that was working today, was doing something that's very rare, he was working. And I mean working hard. Every time I looked over he was doing a new task. Sweeping, mopping, assisting customers, etc. He was also very friendly, which is also rare these days. Definitely manager potential. Given the fact that this is Manchester it's nice to go somewhere that is so well kept and clean. And nice to see an employee take pride in his work. He also asked me to do a google review, which is another good employee habit.
