Clean, new facility with televisions and tables and places to sit. Machines operate off of a reloadable card that you buy at a self-serve kiosk. Attendant on duty. Smoothie place and 24 Hour Fitness in the same strip center. It would be nice to have more parking spaces near the door, but the other parking spaces are not that far of a walk.

If you havent visited this laundromat, then what are you waiting for!! The machines are clean and making soing laundry easy. The staff is very helpful and very welcoming. Shea was a big help and even offered me some complimentary popcorn! We will definitely be back!!

This was my first visit to Spinxpress on 18th St. In the Heights. Deborah was so helpful and walked me through the self serve process—from purchasing and loading my payment card to operating the washing and drying equipment. She was a very good teacher! Highly recommend this laundromat.

Hadn't been here in awhile and in reading some of the reviews, I was worried about what to expect. I still love this place. The staff was friendly and the machines were clean and worked well. And they have fun seating areas. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I noticed once people left one of the seating areas, it took awhile before it was cleaned. I'll definitely be back!

During the power outage last week, we needed to wash some clothes and went to Laundry by SpinXpress on 18th. It was a lovely experience! The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. You have to use a debit or credit card to buy an ATM like card to use the washers and dryers. No need for quarters and we really liked that. We saw they have drop off service too. I highly recommend this place for your laundry needs!
