Disappointed in the customer service, I arrive before closing times to wash a small load and was told I couldn’t wash because they close but no sign on the door saying last wash at a certain time therefore I felt welcome to wash, this needs to be addressed because one would assume you can wash before closing.

Clean location, a little expensive. However, they're losing a few stars because one of the employees asked us multiple times to leave five star reviews, at one point staring at us to make sure we pulled our phones out of our pockets. We saw her do this with multiple customers, making multiple people uncomfortable.

I have a machines in my apt but I don't like washing big loads such as bedding and towels. Came here and glad this is so close to me. I love the digital payment that you use to use the machines. The place of business is clean and the staff is soooo friendly. Angie and the rest of the ladies are professional and willing to help you.
