First of all I would like to begin with the Head Manager Ms.Debra, she had a bright and warming greeting and energy when I entered the building, she was kind, informed, well spoken and generous by offering complimentary Popcorn, the place itself was the standard of clean, and Debra was cleaning as I noticed how clean it was, overall,by far the best washing experience I've ever had. Come and catch a wash vibe at this location and you can't miss Debra, she's the kindest person that you'll see constantly moving and asking you to let me know if you need anything.

I’ve been here multiple times but today I had the pleasure of speaking with Deborah! She helped me go through all of the pricing options in order to start doing drop off laundry, as opposed to doing it all myself. She helped me feel confident in my decision as I am a new mom and my time is very valuable. It is because of Deborah that I will now be using their drop off laundry service and I cannot wait to continue my relationship with them. When I first came in this morning, I noticed she was training new employees, and spoke with kindness and direct instruction. I was also greeted by another staff member with a smile, and we exchanged some laughs. The manners and customer service of the staff exceed expectations for what you would expect at a laundry mat.

The space is very clean, safe and inviting. I actually enjoyed being there and doing my laundry, as if I was at a lounge! Consider me an 18th st SpinX REGULAR! Edit: I came back for more! Nancy Antonio Gerald & Brianna are on staff today smiling helping and cleaning. Service is just as excellent as always, Christmas music playing too! Feeling especially grateful for Gerald who unloaded all my laundry for me! Love spin x!

Nice place so far. The employees seem very sweet. The only complaint I have about this place is the prices of the washer and dryer. $5.49 for 40 lbs, almost $8 dollars for 60 lb..I think-and $2.00 for the small dryers. Compared to my last washeteria this place is much more expensive. I paid $2.00 for the larger dryers and $8 for 8 loads, $6 for 6, $4 for 4 and so on…
