Room for Improvement at a Once-Favorite Laundry Spot

We used to really enjoy coming to this laundromat because of its modern washers with excellent capacity. However, our recent visits have left us with a disappointing experience.

First, the restroom policy has become a significant issue. On two separate occasions, we were denied access to the restroom. For a laundromat where customers typically spend at least an hour, this is unacceptable. My mother is diabetic and requires regular restroom access, yet we've been met with excuses like "the restroom is broken" or "it's being cleaned." This feels more like a way to avoid extra work rather than a genuine issue.

Additionally, there’s a lack of attention to cleanliness and safety. Last Friday, the folding tables were wet with some liquid the staff had sprayed, and no warning was given. Thankfully, I noticed it before placing my freshly cleaned clothes on the table, but had I not, my clothes could have been stained or damaged, forcing me to rewash them—wasting both money and time.

This establishment has so much potential, but details like these need urgent attention. Better customer service training for staff and stricter cleanliness protocols would go a long way in improving the experience for loyal customers like us.

We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as it would be a shame to lose a business we once enjoyed so much.

Such an awesome laundromat experience. Customer service is great. Everything is clean and top notch. I’m able to bring a load of laundry here and log into their Wi-Fi and sit to do some work while I wait for the clothes to be done. Can’t recommend enough.
