This laundromat used to be the go-to spot decent prices, hot dryer...now, new owners which is good but the new washers are highly priced the dryers start at a dollar which only get you15 minutes.. the $7 washers go from wash to rinse in 3min...lol crazy!!!... the new owners is about money money money... I'll be finding a new spot

Nice little neighbor hood laundry mat. Smallest washer is $ 3.25 per load.
Dryer is .25cents per 15 minutes.
Has a pop machine. Never a lot of washers or Dryers out of commission at once.
All in all there are about.10 washers and 10 dryers. I believe.
Popular in the neighborhood.

Great little hole in the wall laundromat, prices have gone up considerably since the change in management; they had been very reasonable with their prices prior to the change. Typically not crowded. Snack & beverage vending machine is a nice touch, though it is quite overpriced. Downsides; no bathroom, limited selection of dryer sheets/detergents in their machine.
Otherwise, this is my go to laundromat. Wish that would bring their prices down a bit though. Pretty sure the price for each load has increased by $1 since the change in management/facility name.

Nice and clean, only one dryer not working. My only complaint would be no bathroom, no sink.

There was a huge puddle of water. Trash on tables and left clothes.. floor was dirty from water.. I wasn't trying to be mean I have been going there for over 20 years..

Thank you for your feedback. Over the past few months we have become very busy and I am there each day to clean. Unfortunately, depending on the time of day I clean it can still get messy very fast, especially on weekends. I will adjust the time I clean to try and minimize a large mess.

In regards to the water, I recently (just today actually) found out the reason for that and I am having the entire washer removed and fixed next week. It was the one on the corner across from the dryers. It has since been shut off and is now out of service until it comes back fixed.

And no, I didn’t think you were trying to be mean. I appreciate the feedback and I apologize for the messy space. No way to completely avoid it since I can’t be there all the time but I can adjust my cleaning schedule to better mitigate messy situations.

If your ever there when I’m there please say hi. I’ll be the guy wearing a hat and cleaning.
