I can see you guys are trying to improve the quality, and also the price. I don’t care if you’re going to increase the fees, but why did you decide to stop customers from choosing their own dryer time? It used to be $0.50 per 5 minutes, and we could adjust the time as needed. Now it’s $3.25 for 25 minutes or $1.95 for 15 minutes (and those machines are hidden in a small pathway in the corner—can you at least put up some signs so people can see them, bruh?!). So basically it’s $0.65 per 5 minutes—just set it up like that! Why make it $3.25 for 25 minutes or $1.95 for 15 minutes? What if I only need 10 or 20? I know you have to deal with people who come in for the first time and get confused about how to add minutes on the dryer, but I always see kind help from both the employees and experienced customers.

This Laundromat was very clean. All of the machines that I used were in great condition and did a nice job washing and drying heavy quilts and blankets. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy, but there were still plenty of available machines. The proprietor was very friendly.
