I'm usually at this location once a week, typically on Monday or Tuesday. The facility is kept very clean and machines in good working order. My biggest problem here is an employee. Young white female with short hair (under cut with top knot) and glasses. Every time I'm in here she's on her phone (speakerphone) talking loudly about smoking weed, summer vacation plans gaming etc. for the entire time. Her mother sits in the car in front of the business her entire shift blocking customers from pulling up to unload their baskets of laundry. None of this is appropriate or professional. I'm looking for another location to take my business because this is ridiculous.

Very clean and inviting. However washers do not fully spin. Leaving clothes very damp. After $2 per dryer (.25=4 minutes) I had to finish drying at home.

The dryers are trash update I gave it another try. It is March of 2022.. The dryers are still trash and you only get 4 minutes for a quarter This the worst possible place to go

the staff member is extremely polite although paying with you card is higher charge than using quarters. i suggest people to bring their own quarters other than that the facility was kept clean
