The lady behind the counter had a nasty attitude rushed me to get my laundry out the washer when it wasn’t even done. then she had a customer walk up on me while I had my child with me and do the same with the dryers this laundry mat has completely gone down hill. I have been coming here for years. I will be telling everyone I know to no longer come to this establishment because they are hiring horrible people the other lady is super nice but the one that’s in the today is just straight up rude kept falling asleep and was on her phone texting and FaceTiming someone I’ve been here since 1030 am on February 6th 2025

Very clean. The workers were very helpful when it was my first time here. You’re able to pay by cash or credit card. Very easy to wash and dry. Very safe place to come clean your clothes.

Awesome laundromat!! Wash King used to be ‘parkway laundry’ so I assume it’s under new management now because the comments I saw did not apply. Very small but does the job exceedingly well. Cost efficient. Amazing service person who is personable, helpful and friendly! She assisted me with the machines and with WiFi happily. Big washers are currently $9.75 and dryers start out $.50. Only two big machines and not a lot of space but very convenient for those who live close and you don’t need a silly card. They have a cool card machine that starts your machines as well as coin options. I will keep coming here!

The place is clean and well managed. The small washers only cost a dollar. Anthony is polite and helpful. He offered to stay a little late if my load didn’t finish in time. I saw him holding the door and helping take loads out to peoples car. He was so helpful. I’ll be back just to chill with him.

I came in and wasn’t sure how to use things and April was so polite and helpful! She made the experience so delightful! She welcomed me and several other customers and ask if they needed help. I would recommend the Wash King to everyone. She went out of her way to help so many people as well as myself and was such a blessing. Thank you for hiring such wonderful staff.
