I think this is the cleanest, laundromat with the friendliest staff ever! A friend recommended this laundromat and I’m glad he did, I’m traveling there by Access tomorrow of course I will make sure my clothes are in plastic bag's, so that nothing gets on them. But it is definitely worth the extra traveling to get really clean clothes.

After being a customer at the Laundry Factory for many years, I highly recommend the business. The washers and dryers are state-of-the-art, and the team members are professional and quite helpful and courteous. It's really an upscale place to do your laundry. Exceptionally clean as well.

Their machinesare great. They are fast and can fit a ton of laundry. My clothes come out feeling really clean, dry, and wrinkle free. Staff is friendly. Its big and bright and clean. I like the Tokyo store for snacks while I'm waiting. Monday-Fri 7-4 the sign says the dryers are free,but I believe you have to ask.

we only had a few clothes to dry as we were visiting the city. the machines all looked well cared for and clean. the staff were also super helpful. we got a few of our quarters stuck in one of the machines and one of the people working there was happy to help.
