No money in the change machine on more than one occasion. I called they told me they are making dinner and it wasn't there problem until they are done. They told me to go Billy's famous pizza and they would make change. I said oh they do that for you here cool. Ok. Billy's said no and was rude to me for asking. The people who run the laundry mat in my opinion are rude to everone i feel confident in saying that bc i have to call them multiple times for issues with change machine and the other machine stealing my money and when u bring that up to them they act like im lying and trying to steal a few dollars from them. Very unprofessional owners here. Wish it was like odd sock laundry matt. The old owner would not tell me to wait for them to do dinner and would at least give me an estimated time that would b there to help.

All the machines are in good working order, the laundromat is very clean, very convenient, a I met the owner who was super nice and friendly.

Great Laundry mat. Opened Early. All Fast Washer's and Dryer's work great. Cheaper Cost than other laundry places around area. Done earlier. You Save Time and Money Here. Recommend * Don't leave Your Clothes Unattended. I'm told they may Disappear. Don't make someone Else responsible for Your belongings. Thank You. God Bless.

Under new management in the best way possible. New folding benches, coin machine, a waiting area, and card readers for washers. Ive been going here for the past year and this place got well needed face lift recently and is very clean. I highly recommend coming here and then walking into Billys Famous Pizza for a hot sub while you wait for your laundry!

I paid with the app, and then the machine didn't work. Then I tried calling the number in the store for 30 mins, and no one picked up.

Just wasted $7.5 and 30 mins here!!

This is a message for the business owner:
Are you kidding me? This place is a joke. Not only are your machines dated and overpriced, but your "hottest dryers" charge 25¢ per five minutes. That's barbaric. Literally every other laundromat in a 50 mile radius has better rates than this.
To clarify: I'm only here because Merrimack Laundromat had some of their machines down, so I figured "how bad could it be?"
Apparently very bad. The washing machine I was using broke down at the end of my wash, kicked back a "ALN VAR 7" code, which translates to a general inverter failure (thanks Google). Which also means my clothes were soaking wet, which also meant I had to pump more quarters into your quarter devouring dryers unless I wanted to bring my soggy clothes home.

Pros: it technically had washers.

Cons: Dated, overpriced, no staff at all, no contact info at all, signs everywhere attempting to absolve themselves of any responsibility (literally saw one that reads "USE MACHINES AT YOUR OWN RISK"), broken machines, expensive dryers, seating that's worse than a bus station, no WiFi, exposed wiring, etc etc.

Have some pride as a business owner. Either brush this place up or throw in the towel. To anyone else reading this, stay away.

The machines that work, work well. At least two of the machines struggle to take quarters (we used four washers and one dryer). One washer wouldn’t take quarters, but also didn’t spit them out. They just clogged up before realizing the amount owed wasn’t counting down with each quarter. Another machine took and gave credit for some quarters, but struggled to take the last few. It also didn’t spit them out the return very well, but it eventually accepted all of them.

The back door is bolted and locked, so there is only one entry/exit. I thought there needed to be a second exit available in case of fire or emergency.

Maybe the machines are just full of quarters? It’s Saturday early afternoon. Not too busy. And the huge tablecloths we washed came out great, fast too.
