Old but reasonable. In September they're going to have new washers and dryers hopefully the prices don't go up I washed and dried seven large blankets and one washer and two dryers total cost me $9 which was a good deal

I recommend it. It's a clean place and they have a laundry service at a good price. You leave your clothes and the lady washes and folds them for you. The clothes are super good. They have delivery, everything at a very good price. There are new machines and they have Softel soaps for sale, and clothing covers. Go and experience it. You won't regret it. Good service and friendly treatment.

New owners, (which they are great people) new machines, place had a whole new make over it's not the run down dump it use to be when it was "the bird bath." The machines except coins or cards they have different sizes you can choose from and if you forgot your laundry soap don't freak out they have some right on site. And did I mention the new owners are great? Give the lake Ave laundry mat a try and see for yourself. This is my go to spot to do laundry!
