We were visiting Norfolk from out of town and staying at the Hilton Founders Inn and Spa, and we needed some laundry done. I called Laundry Place, and there was some confusion as to whether they could pick up our laundry and deliver it back to us. So we dropped our laundry off at Laundry Place, then were told we had to pick it up the next day. I gave them my information, and they were supposed to text me when my laundry was finished. I never got a text, so I called; luckily, the laundry was ready that same night, so we picked it up. We were pretty happy with the results; they folded everything nicely and separated the whites from the rest. We requested All Free and Clear Detergent and Dryer Sheets. We had about 20 pounds of laundry, and it came to $35 dollars or so. Overall, we were very happy.
