Very clean facility and super friendly staff. I hadn't been in a laundry facility in nearly 30 years until my washer broke. I was embarrassed to have no clue how to work the machines. The attendant was very kind and helped me with both washer and dryer. THANK YOU!

This is the only laundromat I go to since moving to Va, it's big, very clean and quiet.Popeyes, McDonald's and Papa John's is close by , there is seating inside to eat or relax while waiting on your clothes.

This place is nice. It's clean spacious. Has an attendant. My dryer went out. The nearest laundry facility is 15min from my home. I passed Wash Land to come here. Had a very small load. The machines are equipped to accept card. Well I tried 4 and none of them worked. Asked the attendant and she verified but did not offer help. Maybe she was still sleepy but I guess I'll jus go pay the extra dollar for a card I won't use.
Just now noticing, it attempted to take 15 dollars from one card🤷🏽♀️
I am sorry that you had this experience when visiting our facility. We were having problems with our card readers and I have contacted support to get this situation resolved so that it does not frustrate any further customers. I will also talk to the attendants and make sure that we are providing the proper support when the machines are not working properly for the customer. Finally the $15 is a hold placed by the credit card processor, it is released two hours after using the machines. This is something we do not have control over it is set by the credit card processing company.
