Cheap but its what you get for price

Clothes smelled odd after taking them out of the washing machine, dryers took way too long to dry.

We're sorry you had a bad experience. Since city water is the only thing that goes into the washers besides what customers put in (clothes, soaps), we find that the reason for poor cleaning and smell is overloading. This happens often. Front loading washers need to tumble the clothes in order to wash them properly and to mix the soap in. When they are overloaded, they cannot wash, tumble and clean properly. The result is that the clothes only get wet and not washed, and the smell they have is more noticeable when they are wet. Please try spreading your loads over more washers or using larger washers.
