We normally like coming here because it's less crowded, however, the on site employee didn't have any keys to refund us when the dryer went out of order. We left with wet clothes because of this.

First time here and will NEVER return! My clothes have been stuck in washer for 45 minutes! They are not heavy or anything like that! It’s my work scrubs! I need my clothes but they aren’t answering the phone for a customer emergency! One gentleman has now lost 15 dollars because his three machines went to error codes! One star is too much for this place!

I’m waiting outside right now waiting for someone to pull up. I am about to call the non emergency line and make a police report in a min. I want my $10.25. I put my $10 bill in the left side of the change machine and $5 on the right and only got $4.75 in quarters. & can’t find a number onsite or a person. How is it legal to have a business open with no one to be onsite at all. This is ridiculous.
