I don't come in very often but the place is always clean. Quality machines that are efficient and easy to use! And most importantly you are open hours that are convenient for folks like me.
What also gives me a positive opinion about this business is that the management openly responds to customers on social media. This takes time and shows the management value customers. Well done!

This is my favorite laundromat! I love it because the machines work well and it’s so clean. I have a laundromat closer to my hometown but I prefer to travel to Bangor just to use this one. However, I had an unfortunate experience tonight. I came in to set my detergent down and noticed that this woman with died hair was washing the floors. I made sure to diligently wipe my feet down before entering. My next trip entailed a bunch of bags and big plastic bin so I had a lot in my hands. I barely got a chance to enter before this woman with the died hair begins demanding and scowling at me. I still have my hands full! “Wipe your feet!!!!” She demands and I’m awe struck, then she says it again scowling at me. I told her I had been wiping my feet and she continued to be huffy and puffy with me. I love the laundromat, it’s so nice! But, that is no way to treat a patron, very unprofessional. I prefer the other guy who comes in to clean, he is so pleasant! He actually has manners and respect for those around him. He always greets you with a smile and asks how you are. Makes you feel good when going through the drudgery of laundry. I love your laundromat! Maybe reconsider your employees however…or maybe just have them do a training on tact.

Clothes literally smell worse after washing and drying them here, now I have to spend the time and money all over again to go wash them at a decent laundromat.

Nice clean facility. The only downside is the restroom is always closed.
