Used to be a great place. Years ago... used to do my laundry here weekly. Now not so sure. My washer took all my money & wouldn't refund my quarters when it didn't turn on. Tried to call number from online & it is out of order also. No number posted around laundromat to reach anyone in case of maintenance issues or any problem. Therefore u could end up with laundry locked in a washer that malfunctions.... & Have no way of getting your stuff out or back. Very Lame. Need to fix that problem ASAP owner. That is irresponsible of you & your business. Top dryer number 10 will only take 4 quarters, giving 16 minutes at a time. Also may consider putting out a clean bin of rags & a dirty return bin for rags for those of us who'd like to clean up spills after ourselves... or clean up after the last dirty person who left a mess. Also may want to refill these empty quarter candy/toy vending machines that are a disappointment to kids when empty. There is actually only one arcade game . How do I get my money refunded to me now?

Don't use this place. I put $5.25 in to wash my clothes were in my soap is in then it wants another $2.00 and another $ 1.00 oh and you want to use water to do your laundry, well that will cost you more, and you want Hot water well that's another $2.00. This place is a rip off. There is no phone # that works to contact anyone. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE

Super frustrated. I forgot my soap and the machine that dispenses ate two dollars. Only the middle showed out of order. Block the whole thing off. (I did get dryer sheets) Then, I need quarters to dry and the ATM is out of order and lastly, when I try to call the # it is NOT a valid phone. And the email listed in the store bounced back. Totally disappointed. Here for the first time because of a friend. I gave it two stars because the place is very clean.
