Just a suggestion for the owner: I see some crazy people coming around and sometimes threatening your attendants, especially at night.

Please consider adding security measures to ensure the safety of your customers and workers. Someone's life is more precious than any business.

This is the best Laundromat in the neighborhood. They keep it nice and clean. They also give out great deals such as spend $20 get $20 free. Even if its only for a limited time you can't beat that. I recommend this place and give them a 10 out of 10.

The new Laundry Time in my city has made the experience so much better for me and my family. The machines are always clean, and easy to use. There is plenty of machines to choose from so you never have to wait. There’s even a play area for my kids which I have never seen in a laundry mat !! Definitely my favorite spot to wash clothes.

Only when the young man who wears green pants. is here during the day. The thick girl with long black hair does absolutely NOTHING the place is a mess! I’ve been coming since you opened! She is a terrible worker! There are never baskets because she doesn’t ever collect them!

Really great! And have a kid zone. Everything was impeccably clean and well explained. Only hiccup we had was the bill splitter machine was broken so we couldn’t do exact change.

The attendant was super rude to me which didn’t feel necessary. I was surprised that the smallest bottle of Tide was 4.50 when they’re 1.25 at the Dollar Tree next door, so I asked if I could get the value back on my card and exchange the bottle. She said “No, there’s literally nothing I can do for you, no” in just such an odd, condescending and weirdly rude manner. It’s just a bottle of Tide lol. Anyway, I said okay and wrote this review. She had glasses and black New Balance on, with long black hair.

It’s a good place to wash clothes the machines are clean and it’s never crowded but the helpers stay in the office and never ask if everything is OK and I learned how to operate the washing machines by myself no big deal, I don’t asked because they are all ways reading and not really paying attention to the customers anyway I just thought I would mention this! It so clean and machine is well maintained.Everything is clean and that’s what makes me come here weekly.It’s quiet and staff are friendly,Felipe is friendly and accommodating,he is not hesitant to come and answers your questions.Right from the start when it was my first time to come here he showed a very good customer service and until now.He never stops working and cleaning!Overall he is friendly!! and so with the other lady too! she clean I see her clean all the time. Good job for a well maintained clena laundry shop and friendly staff as well!

730pm and talking bout we can use the washer I’m confused of why not and not only that left cloths here and they donated them didn’t they didn’t even keep to see if someone would come claim it less then a week that’s unbelievable I won’t be back horrible service they need to fire the lady at night!
