location needs to find better employees for weekend mornings. The lady always complains when someone has an issue with a machine and then talks badly to other customers about the person. Only if the owners are there, there’s a complete different attitude from the lady. Completely absurd to fight with an employee over an issue with a machine and to be called a liar directly. Besides the limited parking when it’s busy.. good laundromat!

I used to do our laundry there now we do wash and fold and NO other place can compare to their service!
Which ever one you choose to do you will not be dissatisfied.
They have everything you need.
Very clean.
Very organized.

I’ve been a loyal client here for about 4 yrs now. That’ll change after today, I normally don’t write reviews but today I had a lady yell at me after me addressing my concerns about a machine that wasn’t drying properly. She accused me of lying about having the drying machine at a low setting when in reality I had it in high (I always leave my drying machines at High) she had a NASTY attitude and got loud with me. The owner is really nice and he usually just reimburses me back my money but this lady wouldn’t. She definitely needs to learn how to talk to clients if she’s going to work here.

i have been coming here for 8+ years never encountered this lady before and i hope no one ever does, i have had times where the machines don’t do what they are suppose to and a nice guy who i’m told is the owner and i’ve seen here has given me my money back and even detergent to redo my machine but this lady said no you didn’t add the detergent right, as if this was my first time doing laundry she refused to give me my money back and walked away from me, she said i have to watch the machines to make sure the detergent goes away, she wanted me to grab a bottle of water and throw water in there so the detergent can go down she basically wanted me to do the washing machines job. she is very rude and has a nasty attitude, she made me waste more money and detergent but i guess that’s her gain

As a loyal customer of this laundromat- I always have wonderful & easy experience here. The employees are always working so hard and are so nice. Even at their busiest hours you can still always find a washer or two to use! Would recommend to anyone in need of a clean and friendly laundromat!

5/5 stars! I'm so impressed with this laundry facility! Third time here! The staff is incredibly friendly, and my clothes always come out spotless. I can easily handle large loads (up to 6 at a time!) and still be in and out within an hour. The numerous machines and fair prices make it a breeze. Plus, the convenient location and ample parking are a bonus. Hands down, the best laundry in Clifton! 🧺

I really like this place. It's new, and very clean. The staff are friendly too. They always smile and say "hello". There's plenty of machines here. Also, there is plenty of parking. I've come here on a Sunday at noon when typically laundry mats are busy, but this one always has space. I am literally in and out and I love it! They have a machine here that breaks your bills for you so you don't have to ask the attendant to do so which is very convenient. The prices are not bad either. I will continue to wash clothes here.
