41 reviewsI will never patronize this place again. First of all on my very first time coming here (March 2023) I slipped and fell on the ice on the front walkway. I split my knee open (minor injury) and was bleeding. A man sitting inside the laundromat was laughing at me. Then I realized he worked there. Not to be deterred, I had been coming here every week since then for the convenience, and the same old washers and dryers are still broken down. I have had spots of grease and bleach appear on my clothes from the washers and dryers that still work. I haven't had too much of any problems since then except the woman who works there laughs at me which I don't like. I got the impression she used to be a bully. The final straw came a few weeks ago when I brought my dried laundry home. There was a dead rather large brown beetle or cockroach rolled up in my sheets that had gone through the dryer. The bug was falling apart and I had bug parts all over my sheets. Fargo really needs a decent and clean Laundromat.
I am not used to laundromats. Doing sons laundry in Fargo. 8+ loads. After I did the wash I headed over to the dryers. I found really large dryers and had $10 in quarters left.
I realized after I put in $4 in quarters that it was a quad washer. I kindly asked the attendant for a refund. She was so blantantly rude and declined stating it was "customer error."
This is true, it was my fault, but I had not started the machine, I had $3.25 left to put in before it would start. There should be a "coin return" option on the machine.
Clean, quiet, very good prices. I love the old laundry washers and wringers on display. The attendant was super friendly. The only thing that bummed me out was lack of wi-fi.
Very polite and professional people. Also when I was there in October I was talking to another lady who is a truck driver and I never got her name but if she sees this please contact me. Also a very clean and respectful environment and very helpful works.
Prices seem reasonable (I'm from a small town and it's not much more expensive for a large city). However, the place is clean and the washers and dryers are incredibly clean! There is an attendant on site that goes around collecting coins but also doing maintenance. This is the largest issue I run into - people washing literal feces (animal or human) and not cleaning out the machines when done or even bothering to clean out their laundry before use. Not at this location!
If you do the correct amount of clothes per load, the machines get the work done. Staff are awesome and the place stays clean!! I've been going here for years and won't go anywhere else.
Our washer broke down this week- so my 8 year old son spent the morning doing our laundry here. When I was in college years ago, this is where I did my laundry. Lots of washers and dryers and plenty of space. We had issues with one machine and the woman working basically accused us of lying about how much money we had put into the machine. My son couldn't believe this adult didn't believe that he had counted out the eight quarters himself. The owners may want to consider including customer service training when they hire associates.
Newer big efficient washers that work great. Smaller washers, you have to put the quarters in just right or they don't fall into the change box. One guy who works there is excellent and friendly, but others could work on their customer service skills.
They're clean the respectful if you have an issue with the machine, they get right to it to figure out what's going on. Their kid friendly and I would recommend this laundromat to anybody.
Prices are reasonable, staff are helpful, and even when machines are broken there's usually enough in working order to go around. Facilities are also clean, and temperature is comfortable. There are also vending machines for laundry detergent and snacks in case you forgot anything. There's no wi-fi, but I'm not complaining because I prefer keeping the costs down, and there are plenty of things you can do without wi-fi if you're prepared for that. And you do need to start your laundry by 4:30 so you can finish your laundry by 6:00 closing time
