41 reviewsDryers do not work that good and when you tell the attendant they act like it's your fault. Sat there over 2 hrs moving clothes around different dryers ended up leaving with soaking wet clothes bc is already spent $60 on washing and drying. WILL NOT GO BACK!
Walked in an hour before closing to wash ... I gor one look and we are closed....
Woman was rude to no ends... I HIGhly recommend going somewhere else. If u brown yr not welcome. Just heads up what's up with caucus anyway?!?!. Like.. didn't they get the memo here?
The place is clean and HUGE. Over 50 Maytag machines, including large front loaders. Tables, TV's and seating are plentiful. Bonus: South Park pinball, although $.50.
Newly renovated and clean atmosphere. More expensive than apartment
washers and dryers, but the convenience of being able to wash multiple loads at once makes up for it. Usually not too busy. Never have had an issue with finding open washing machines.
The laundromat was very clean during my visit, and it was void of tacky all caps signs printed off of Word haphazardly, something I've seen a lot of lately. I would rate this a 5-Star establishment, but when I approached the counter to inquire about a question I had, the attendant didn't bother to look up and just said "What do you need?" He didn't say it rudely, just rather unappreciative of my business and quite impersonal. The service could use improvement, but otherwise I was satisfied.
First, I love this laundromat!?$ I have always had great experiences with the staff, the machines, and the area... However, the gentleman working today (grey flat top, thin, older) was so unhelpful that I almost just left to take my business elsewhere. Seeing as it's a laundromat, getting change is an expected part of day to day business. I had change but not all of it in quarters. You would have thought I asked this gentleman for a kidney when I asked for appropriate change! He rolled his eyes at me and heaved a loud sigh, and stated "I will only accept one dollar in change, it's really more of a hassle for me to do this." Uhm, WHAT?? If providing change is to much for you to do while working at a laundromat, maybe you should consider working in a different line of business. So, I suggest that you avoid going here on Sundays if you want to get actual service. Nuff' said...
Lots of folding space, plenty washers and lots of dryers. There's always an attendant and the restrooms are always clean. Machines are coin operated which is nice. Quiet and great location.
This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen! I haven't been to one in years but had very large blankets to wash and they were perfect size to accommodate. Very nice owner as well and very helpful!
There is a lady who works there who is very unprofessional and rude. God forbid you ask her a question and she has to get up to assist/work. I tried to clean up after myself and she hollered at me not to touch their broom "that's not the broom we use" I have a washer and dryer at home. I don't have to go to a laundromat but it's convenient to wash all my bedding in at once. If I should need a laundromat to put some large items in, I definitely will not be going to this facility again. I observed her numerous times this morning being rude to other customers🙁😬
Very satisfied. The management are doing some improvements in the place to add more and bigger washers and dryers, but right now the laundry is very clean, comfortable and familiar. The prices are very good. My husband and I went in a Saturday in the afternoon and the place isn't full. They have 2 machines with snacks and drinks and a big tv. Also have a big parking and some places near to buy food in case you feel hungry.
