I was in Boston for a week and used Life Without Laundry. It was so easy, so efficient and I was so pleased with the service. I was staying in a hotel and after I set up my account, I left my laundry at the front desk. The driver who picked up my bags called me to say he was on his way and picked up my laundry. I received a text message the next day to say my laundry was on it's way back to the hotel. My laundry was not only clean but they also followed my directions to air dry some of my items. I highly recommend Life without Laundry!

Life Without Laundry is so reliable! You can go online and schedule a next day or any day pick up that is convenient for you. They have always been on time and they text to let you know they are near. If you are not home, you can leave laundry for them. The laundry is returned clean folded and with attention paid to any special instructions (ie no dryer sheets). Life Without Laundry is one luxury you should afford yourself! It’s totally worth it!

These guys are simply incredible. Their attention to detail is also top notch, a loose string on a pair of my sweatpants was tied before being washed to prevent the drawstring from slipping inside the waistband! They have their process down to a T, any minor hiccup I've encountered has been addressed immediately and I've always gotten all of my items back, which is pretty amazing if you consider the scale they're dealing with. I haven't even lost a single sock!

Keep up the good work, guys. It would be cool to see these guys operating in every major city because I'm leaving Boston soon and don't know what I'm going to do!

Alex and LWL have been my go to for years! Sometimes it’s because I get behind keeping up with life or work is more time consuming... sometimes it’s because I need a break or just one less thing to do. Regardless the reason, LWL is there within 24 hours and everything comes back the next day clean, organized and FOLDED! It’s amazing how crossing laundry off my To Do List makes it seem so much more manageable! Always great customer service and a check-in the day after delivery to make sure everything is as expected! They’re picking up tomorrow... do yourself a favor and have them swing by for yours too-
