Easy to use and easy to place orders, but my sheets came back really wrinkled both times I used this service. I asked for light bleach and my sheets came back with bleach stains. They offered to “make it right” but I’m not sure what they would have done to fix jt.

Life Without Laundry is great at what they do! They picked up and dropped off my laundry on time, got stubborn stains out, and returned everything clean and nicely folded. I have sensitive skin and their detergent etc has not irritated my skin. Their customer service is great; when I thought something might not have been returned, they very promptly contacted me about the issue. The website is easy to use and their laundry bags are very nice and durable. I will definitely use their service again!

This is a wonderful and well run service. My laundry is always picked up and delivered as requested. The clothes are always well cared for and they even know how to fold a fitted sheet so it is flat! When I have contacted Alex with a question, he gets back to me within minutes. I moved to Boston earlier this year, and my new place has small coin operated appliances in the basement for laundry, shared with people in three other apartments. Rather than lug my stuff up and down stairs, and babysit the loads for hours, I decided to check out the local options for wash/dry/fold service.

During my search, I found Life Without Laundry. They have been awesome. I usually set it up for a Saturday pickup and Sunday drop-off. I can go out and about, and not have to worry about forgetting about my laundry until it's too late, and running out of clean clothes. I also don't have to go down the narrow stairs from the second floor to the basement. I just put the full bag outside my apartment door, and the next day they drop off my clothes, all ready to be put away.

One less thing to keep track of, and well worth the cost (about $2/lb with a 15lb minimum as of the date of this review) to have the extra freedom.

Life without possessions - really, the jokes would write themselves if the whole thing weren’t so sad. Alex delivered our stuff to the wrong address two towns away, refused to send anyone to check on it until the next NIGHT and of course it was all gone by then.

He has treated us like a nuisance, made it clear he had plenty of other customers, and now I’m getting vaguely threatening-esque texts about how I am “putting negative energy out there” because I’m writing reviews in hopes of getting this guy to act right. I am officially abandoning these hopes along with the hope of ever seeing my linens again. Also, my house is surrounded by security cameras and my alarm system is *chef’s kiss*
