I recently used this service, and it was great. I received a text when the driver was on the way to pick up the laundry. Excellent communication, and everything was folded neatly. On-time for both drop off and pick up.

Our order was delivered almost a week later than expected and the delivery person was not friendly or helpful when it came to looking for a missing piece. It was a large order and she had folded it under her arm to deliver it to our door, so it was wrinkled when it arrived. The quality of the cleaning was fine and they didn’t cause excessive wear and tear from what I can tell, hence two stars. Will not use again.

As a visitor to Boston, LWL are my heroes and life savers. The staff that collects and returns the clothes are very friendly, the clothes come back clean and folded neatly. The pricing is awesome. And they give you a nice laundry bag on your first order.
During the pandemic now, they're practicing safe distancing, and collections are mostly contactless.

Send our sheets and towels regularly with own detergent and dryer sheets
Occasionally also send clothing when we’ve been super busy
Never had a problem
Once or twice during Covid delivery got delayed but always had excellent communication from Alex and his crew!

Everything has worked smoothly with meeting the pick-up/delivery person and the laundry is nicely washed and folded. We even get a nice reusable bag to put the dirty laundry in.

My only complaint is that it’s a little expensive, particularly the dry cleaning.

I had a minor mis communication with the drying method of some of my shirts and the owner, Alex, called me to clarify everything and picked up the clothes to be re washed at no extra charge. Despite this, I am very happy and still using the service!
