A+ Service

I've tried many services around Boston and LWL is hands down the best!

-LWL is literally the only w/d/f service that hasn't ignored my request for low/no heat dry and put my clothes in on full heat and ruined them. :)

-I completely spaced on including my own detergent with my laundry before it was picked up. So, I was a bit nervous that my sensitive skin + their detergent would land me with a full body rash. Welp, needless to say, I slept in my freshly washed sheets and I was completely fine.

-Pickup and delivery was seamless. The driver brought my clothes allllllll the way up to my 5th floor walk up without me asking. I find this absolutely incredible, astonishing really. Still can't wrap my head around it.

(My only *small* complaint is that my clothes weren't completely sorted (ie all jeans folded and stacked together). Not a big deal at all, or a reason to take off a star, just caused me to use up an extra spoon or two.)

The best! Clothes always come back fresh, and they don't use any overly perfumed detergent. They were even able to completely fix a load of oil-stained clothes that another service had messed up.

As someone that travels 2 weeks per month, it can be a challenge to find the time to do one's laundry before packing for another trip. Thank goodness for Life without Laundry. I have been using them for almost a year. The high level of customer care is outstanding and the fast turnout is exceptional. The communication process from the initial order to status on delivery is simply the best. Even the attention to the detail on how one's laundry is folded is so exact and perfect that one can transfer directly to a suitcase and/or dresser. Alex and the team are the best of the best and I would highly recommend them.

I was initially just looking for a dry cleaner that offered delivery, but life without laundry is a total game changer. My dry cleaning was picked up and dropped off within a week. After the first service, a bag is provided for future pick-ups. I also decided to try the wash and fold service. I sent a bag full of laundry and got it back 2 days later. I'm pretty sure it typically comes the next day, which is amazing. My first time using the services there were a couple small mix ups because I didn't have the provided laundry bags yet, but Alex texted me to clear everything up and made sure things were taken care of quickly. I now have a red bag for my special care items and a blue bag for wash and fold. I will definitely use this service again and have already recommended LwL to a couple friends. The prices are totally reasonable, too. I think the cost is worth the time and energy saved.

I have been using Life Without Laundry for years now without incident. There could not be a more consistent efficient and quality service out there. Easy to schedule and they stick by the pick up and delivery schedule. Life has been much easier since finding them years ago as I travel, they do my sheets, towels and clothes, with care! Definitely a help if you are a person on the go with a busy schedule.
