I go to Beals often and have never seen this lady before. Today I asked for help shutting a door because I had tried a few times but it wouldn’t latch and start. I instantly got attitude and dirty looks the entire rest of the time I was there. I could feel her staring and she was clearly high as a kite, her eyes were bloodshot, slurring her words and completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Smoking behind the counter while staring at me lol Never had this treatment here but this lady has got to go!

The gentleman Matt, that works there was so very helpful. It's been a long time since I've been into a laundromat and this one is immaculately clean.
We are up for the summer and we will be back to do our laundry. :)

The employees are really nice and helpful. I have had no problems with this place except for the occasional fight with a dryer

Needs a better system than the cards for their washers. Had mine stolen at the laundromat after just putting on 15 dollars and was told there was nothing they could do. Would rather bring a mountain load of change with me honestly. The workers were nice, just wish there was some other system in place.
