I drop off and pick up my dry cleaning once a week and have been using Beal's for about a year now. I will sometimes pick up on Friday and sometimes on Saturday evening when I get out of work. The staff is always friendly and courteous and I can get in and out quickly. There have even been a several times where when I pull up and walk in the gentleman already has my pick up ready and waiting for me. It seems he remembers me and will get my dry cleaning off the rack and ready for me by the time I enter the doors! That is truly exceptional service and I really appreciate it!! I know this can't happen all the time because this business caters to a lot of people however it needs to be recognized when people go out of their way for a customer. Often times people will go out of their way to review when less than perfect service is given however it is times like this where people need praise for their actions! I foresee going here for a long time coming! Great job!!!

Great place to get laundry done. The gentleman that was working this morning walked me through the whole process (I’m here for work and don’t typically use laundromats). Clean, spacious and my laundry got done quickly. Very affordable as well.

I had my clothes stolen out of the dryer today. Do Not leave your clothes unattended as there are no safeguards there!
TO ANYONE WHO SAW THIS, I OWE BEAL'S AN APOLOGY. MY CLOTHES WERE TAKEN BY MISTAKE AND RETURNED. TURNS OUT A LADY SENT HER BROTHER TO GET HER CLOTHES FROM DRYER 39. HE TOOK MINE FROM DRYER 29. AN HONEST MISTAKE AND HERE IS MY HUMBLE APOLOGY!! I AM DEEPLY SORRY.
