Cashier has a problem with black people, I wash there all the time once before she accused me of not placing money the $3.50 machine and again today ask me to leave screaming this only happens when you people use this machine,but I watch her use that same machine it wouldn't start she open it up and started it. I saw her do it. She's a piece of work. If you got cameras look at them.sign we people

Lincoln East Laundry is a hidden gem, their customer service is stellar! We stared using their weekly pickup/delivery wash and fold laundry service November 2022 - - this was my most dreaded chore, now I look forward to laundry day! Fantastic communication, you always know when they are heading your way to pick up or drop off. My instructions/requests have always been followed, if something is not clear they call to clarify. Clothes are neatly sorted, folded, or hung per our preference. Nothing has ever been lost or damaged. A couple of times, just before a trip, they went above and beyond providing same day turn around. Dependable does not begin to describe their service. I highly recommend them! No lost socks here :)

Cheryl is just wonderful and has been so helpful to me since I had a knee replacement surgery and while I'm still waiting on my home washer replacement to be delivered. I've used your drop off service twice now and my clothes are so clean and folded beautifully. I really appreciate her and all of the other great employees there.
