The female employees wouldn't let me redeem the remaining balance on my wash card telling me that they don't do refunds once funds have been added to the wash card. I feel as if I'm being robbed by this establishment. There is absolutely no posting stipulating I can't get the remaining balance.

Oh my God, now that I have to go back to do laundry, I'm seeing the changes that were made in the laundry and I'm surprised, it looks very nice. I congratulate the employees for being kind, and the managers for doing their part, although I didn't believe the maintenance guy who was going to put the folding tables in. I saw that it wasn't a joke. Now I owe him a Starbucks. It turned out very well. I will definitely recommend this place. Carmen, good service, and Beto, with his jokes, makes you have a good visit.

I had not been to this laundry for 9 months and let me tell you that from the start I was impressed to see everything so beautiful and so modified, such a pleasant environment with updates and promotions free for us, due to my work I have frequented many laundromats but not like this one with such friendly staff, the employee I think is called Carmen helped me in all aspects WHAT A KIND GIRL WHAT A BEAUTIFUL CHARISMA IS IMPRESSIVE HER WAY OF BEING SO BEAUTIFUL SO RESPECTFUL SHE IS UNIQUE SHE IS SO PATIENT AND A POTENTIAL TO ADMIRE IN HER WORK, I am one of the few people to leave a review but this girl earned it 100%, people like Carmen are worth it, I congratulate the company for having employees like her, I hope Carmen gets to read this, you are great, 😃

I like the new management of the laundry and it is really impressive the way they are working to improve so much, to the managers Beto and Jose Flores as well as the employees Carmen y rocio do an excellent job, I highly recommend it😉
