Amazing customer service! They are so friendly and take great care of my clothes. Only thing I'd recommend is incorporating an option to reschedule a pickup/delivery via the app itself (although they are super responsive and can quickly re-book this over email).

I used a different laundromat and was miserable, they never picked up the laundry on time, the delivery took 3 days and their service was poor, so imagine my happiness when i found these guys.
I am using their services for for a year now and can say that their service is fast, i get back the laundry the day after they pick it up. The ladies on the phone are very nice. And the most important thing for me - they are flexible.

Had over $500 worth of clothes and pillows professionally Washed here. When I finally got to open my laundry to start unpacking I realized that the pillows that I paid around $5 each to wash were still extremely damped, some where out of shape and burnt due to the dryer when I contacted the owner in regards to this to see if I could just get refunded for the pillows they blamed the condition of the pillows on me when they were recently purchased and also stated I needed to let their staff know that there will be pillows included in my service so I could receive proper care?! My pillows smell terrible now thanks a lot ! instead of just refunding me back $20 out of a $500 order. Yep that speaks volumes on this business I will not be coming back now I have to replace each of my $20+ pillows, thanks !
Hi there, we’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We always strive to handle every order with care. Pillows naturally need extra air time after drying — when sealed right away in a plastic bag, they can retain moisture and lose their shape. We packed your order immediately after it was dry and brought it to you the same day.
After reviewing your order, we confirmed there were 5 pillows, not 20. The photo you shared appears to show normal wear and tear — our machines don’t cause that type of damage. We always welcome customers to mention when special items like pillows are included so we can give them a little extra drying and care time.

AMAZING! Trite, overused expression, but with regard to Load it is certainly fitting and well deserved. My clothes smell like they have been washed in spring. Every person, from manager to delivery, is professional, knowlegdable and kind. I have never had a piece of clothing lost. I am obsessed with the care of my clothing and Load is spectacular!
