My white bed sheets turned yellow, my white shirts have blue stains on it. When I lodged my complaint, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and was yelling. No manners at all. The clothes don’t even smell fresh but that’s the least of my concern now.

Great laundry service. Super sweet and friendly staff here! Drop off laundry is usually done same day, fresh smelling and fluffy! They also don’t use cheap irritating detergent like most other places.

I used Load Laundry for more than a year. TBH, I don’t know why I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. Their staff seemed nice and I tried to be patient when they would consistently miss pick up or delivery times. I forgave them when I had to turn up late to events because I had was stuck waiting for them to show up late to either pick up or deliver my laundry. I finally gave up this past weekend when (again after using Load Laundry for more than a year) they delivered my laundry to the wrong apartment ( not the first time), and I could not locate it. My apartment # is 2O. They delivered it to apartment 2D. They even shared a photo of it being delivered to the WRONG apartment. They offered no assistance, no refund and worse than anything offered nothing to replace my belongings. Instead, they sent me a lame text stating that 2D and 2O look exactly the same and that I should get my belongings back from whomever lives in 2D. Well, I have not. Not only that— I never heard back from Load Laundry, either. No follow up, NOTHING.

Please BEWARE of this service as they do not care about your time or your belongings.

It stinks that I am out of my belongings but at least I won’t have to worry every week about when my laundry will arrive and IF it will arrive ever again. I have given them 1 star, because I can’t give them a zero star review.

Bad experience. The machine wasn’t turning on. I told the lady at the counter and she said I had to wait 15 secs to add more money. That wasn’t even the problem. I wanted 5 mins, nothing happened. I go to move to another machine and that machine starts glitching, I ask for help again and the machine I was working on before finally starts to show time. So I start it but it doesn’t even have the amount of time I need. I leave come back and try to add more time but it’s still not working, this time waited almost 10 mins. I shouldn’t even be trying to hack machines at a laundry mat, they should just be working. Wasted /stolen money.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been using Load on and off for the past 2 years, and in recent months their services have been TERRIBLE! I placed an order to have laundry picked up between 6-8PM yesterday, and I received a text at 9:22 PM saying someone was on the way to pick it up. Do you know when they arrived?! 11:15....and they had the audacity to ring my door bell and call me. I was asleep and did not let them in. And if this was an isolated incident, fine, but it’s not. This has happened more often than not. A 2-hour window is already a generous amount of time to have someone available to pickup and to be over 2 hours late after that window ends? Unacceptable. And there have also been occasions where I have requested a pickup and someone arrives hours early when I’m not home! There is a reason I choose a specific window for pickup and drop off, it’s because that’s when I will be home. I’m not sure what compelled me to keep using such a horrible service for so long, but I am absolutely never using them again.
