I can't say much about the service itself, but the staff was a bit rude and condescending and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't come here often, so maybe the owner was just having a bad day, but in any case, I'm personally going to avoid this place.

I requested their service for pick up and delivery to launder my mattress topper. It’s about 20 lbs and bulging out of an ikea bag. Expecting a car of some sort to come pick it up, they sent a man in flip flops with no bag or container of any sorts. Just his bike. I turned him away and sent an email to cancel. Then they sent another man on a ebike with no no bag or container. I called this business to cancel and they confirmed without hesitating over the phone. Then someone started texting me, telling me that they use Doordash white glove service and kept pushing me to use them. I kept saying no and and requested the cancellation/refund they promised me. Now they charged me $70 for doing nothing. I will be making a similar review on the BBB. Please avoid this place. They just lie and they’re very desperate for service.

I’ve been using Load Laundromat service since moving to NYC 5 months ago and I’ve been very happy with it! The app is super easy and convenient to use. You can choose your window of pick up and delivery, and they can have it done within a day. They pick it up and deliver it right to my door of my sixth floor walk up apartment, and the laundry is always clean and folded perfectly. Zero complaints!
