On the search for a reliable laundry service, fairly priced I find LOAD laundromat to the best job. No issues with any of my clothes and they are always providing consistent service.

I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this laundromat was so uncomfortable that I feel compelled to share. The place seemed decent enough upon entering, but things quickly went downhill when I encountered one of the employees.

From the moment I walked in, this particular employee seemed to have an attitude problem. Instead of offering assistance or even a polite greeting, they gave me unwarranted side-eye, making me feel extremely unwelcome. Throughout my time at the laundromat, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being judged for simply trying to do my laundry.

To make matters worse, the employee's sour demeanor cast a shadow over the entire place, turning what should have been a simple and straightforward task into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this was beyond the pale.

In the future, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, and I would advise others to do the same. It's a shame that the actions of one employee can ruin an establishment's reputation, but in this case, I simply cannot recommend this laundromat to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable laundry experience.

Happy I found this place, they are pleasant and amazing service. Also great pick up and drop off service! Always super quick and efficient. They did a great job with my bedding! Definitely recommend!

Load Laundromat used to provide impeccable service with quick turnaround times. Unfortunately, the business recently hired several employees who are incredibly unprofessional, ill mannered, and can't grasp how to correctly separate whites and colors. After a set of brand new white towels came back yellow, I'll be taking my laundry elsewhere.

Walked in at 9:25, got all our laundry in by the 9:30 last call and were told we weren’t there in time and needed to leave. Wouldn’t let us wash and made us pack up everything that was already in the washer. Needless to say even though I live on the block, am never coming back because of this extremely rude front desk worker.
