I love the crew at Load! Liz & Lala (all of the staff really) are kind, professional, and treat my garments with love and care. They are conscientious, communicative, and provide exceptional service. My garments have never been lost and when they come home they smell terrific. I am so lucky Load is right across the street; I recommend them to all.

Would literally never go here again. I got charged a bathroom rug cleaning fee ($6) which would have been fine if I was informed that that is an extra charge. When I informed the desk attendant to point it out to me for reference so I know for next time I was informed that it is only in the system. Not sure what that means, but ok. I also realized a few days later that ALL of my bra wires are ruined. These are bras I’ve had for 8+ years. So not only was I overcharged, but now I have to spend extra money to replace everything. This took me from expecting to pay around $30 to actually having to pay $70+ just to replace my quality bras. I decided to give this place a shot since the laundry in my building wasn’t working for 2 weeks - but I will never come back. I am really disappointed and would not recommend this service.

Highly recommended laundromat! I’ve been going here for almost 2 years and just love the place! Everyone is so welcoming and nice and helpful. I Never hesitate to ask for help for any issue and the workers do whatever they can to help make laundry day easier! Perfect neighborhood laundromat, love the owners and the workers!
