If I could give a ZERO STAR I would. I do not recommend this place to anybody. They messed up 10 of my shirts, all with discolored stains. They also shrunk my shirts.They do not own up to their mistakes, and the person who answered my call was yelling and was being rude. Horrible experience overall. I’ll be sharing my experience on Yelp too, complete with photos as proof.

We have high quality machines and always try to follow the directions for certain types of clothing. I purchased Load Laundromat's fold + wash services for my client who was in NYC for over a week. Instead of using the hotel's laundry services (very expensive!) we decided to look locally. Load Laundromat was easy to schedule online, offered online pay option, and they were super communicative via texting! They picked up in the pickup window scheduled, and dropped off earlier than scheduled. The total for us was less than $30 (up to 17 pounds at this price) - highly recommend if you are visiting and not sure where to turn!

Great experience with the laundry service. Reasonable prices, friendly interactions with everyone who works there, timely responses to questions, and incredibly quick turn around times! Plus, everything comes back nicely cleaned and folded which truly saves us so much time.
