Worst place ever! The people who work there are very rude and have no manners. They never go out their way to help you they get upset if you ask for help. The dryers are always broken. Atleast 5 do not work. They never have any space available to wash or dry because they take up all the good dryers and washers for dry clean. Horrible service. Horrible people. Would never go there again! Beware

I love the vibe of this place. Catalina is a hard worker who's always willing to help. She taught me many things about taking care of my clothes. I've forgotten things, and she puts them away for me. The machines work fine. I recommend going in the mornings, when there are fewer people.

First, I already love Load Laundromat because it’s close to home. Second, they have plenty of machines, and for some reason, I always get there when there are just a few people around. So, it’s always a quick business. Lastly - and most importantly - I love the cleaning quality. Thank you so much, Load Laundromat. You help me a lot when I am busy, which is pretty often.

Absolutely absolutely ABSOLUTELY never again. They are probably one of the most unprofessional and overall disorganised laundromats in the lower east side. My laundry was lost, including a whole comforter, sheets, and a pair of Rick Owens cargos worth over 1k. What did they do? Shirk accountability. They left my clothes at the bottom of my 5th floor walk up and then charged me door to door delivery.

Money doesn’t trump customer service. Because once that goes out the window it’s only a matter of time before the very people you’re rude to stop supporting you. as an Estate Manager I have a large network in which we recommend companies to each other, and I will make SURE I tell everyone to not bother.
