Always full and the bathroom stays locked

Buyer BEWARE!!!! been coming here for years! before whomever these people are bought it and turned everything digital…..
they MUST NOT KNOW HOW BAD nashville storms can be. went in loaded money on THEIR app… put load in with detergent…. tried to use “fancy machine” but because of storms machines will not connect to app??? but EVERYTHING is digital? close doors put up signs… wtheck??
anyway lil guy that was completely druggg outta bed to answer customer service # number was blank. blank is the only way i can describe the customer service. they refused my money back said there was nothing they could do and see ya!!! somebody will call after they get back from vacay.
lil guy refused to give me a name or number of anyone to contact including himself.
new may not mean better service especially on the ciustomer service side🤦♀️
buyer beware!!!!! definitely requesting my money back thru app and going to good old fashioned laundry on donelson pike!
btw machines appear to be working to the naked eye…. you just figure out in the end you gotta go somewhere else and pay additionally to do so😫

I am so sorry that this was your experience. We have no control over the storms as you know and when power outages or the internet is down which do have adverse affects on equipment. However our machine run on quarters as well as through the app. The app is there for convince for the customer so you may not need to carry a bag full of quarters to do your laundry.

Well ... I don't normally go to a laundry mat but it was clean and very up to date per say.. you could pay by coin or card right at the washer or dryer . Also it gave you options to throw in some extras for each load for a very fair price.

Great place! The manager was super friendly and helpful. I used their GIANT machines for my mattress pad/blanket washing project. It was clean, efficient and fast. They take coins or cards. Best for me, the dryer did not stink from dryer sheets. They keep them clean. Worth th drive for me!

All machines were and are clean. Water doesn’t stink. Oh, and not one machine was out of order.

No laundromat attendant clothes got stuck with a era code and can't no one help got a number for emergency that's turn off smh why post your number in the window if you know you gone cut it off when you sleep can't be in case of emergency if the phone of
Very clean actually one of the best I've been to in all my travels. I didn't see any washers or dryers that weren't working. Machines take cards or cash and change machines are available.
