Credit card machine was out of order the day i went , thr quarter change machine worked perfectly tho
Thank you so much for the 4 star review, we realize your visit was not perfect (credit card machine was down) but appreciate you for working around this issue and using quarters. Sometime technology is not the only answer. We hope to see you again soon.
So the machines are all new and have rinse cycles.
All the machines go from 40 lbs to 100 lbs
The 2 stars come from the fact the the bathroom was locked (closed in corporate speak) AND there is no large hand wash sink like EVERY OTHER Laundromat does.
This is a huge disadvantage to late night customers.
Another problem is the way they have the detergent and dryer sheets organized in the vending machine.
The boxes are small print and then similar items are not next to each other.
Finally and this cost you guys a full star...
Mainstream media was playing WITH volume.
Oh yeah and one of my sodas got stuck and upon buying a 2nd one to dislodge the first it just despenced the 2nd purchase. There was also a bag of Takis stuck in there that I got for free so that means it was just my purchase that it happened to.
Accepts cards, plenty of modern working machines. Vending was well stocked. I was done in 45min with less than 20lbs.

Very clean and never real busy. It also accepts debit cards and is open 24 hours! Clothes dry fast and also clean well without an after smell! Highly recommend

So I’m washing my clothes leave and come back to move my clothes to the dryer I have another load of clothes. I leave my clothes by the 100lbs washer as I intend to use it again the manager at the time tells this couple that me and my girlfriend were emptying the washer which we weren’t I go to get change I come back and the washer is full with the other people’s that couple and manager at the time sucks

I love this place. Always clean, well lit, easy to use. The machines take credit/debit cards so no messing with laundry cards, or quarters. Every size washer you need. And it's never packed, and I never wait for machines. The bathroom does get locked after the attendant goes home(to many ppl doing stupid stuff) so be prepared if coming off hours.

Be careful. I used my debit card to wash and dry clothes on 11/6/23. My card was charged correctly for $12.50 and $6.00 .
This morning 11/15/23 I was charged again for those exact amounts and I haven't done laundry there since 11/6/23. I've filed claims with my bank for the incorrect charges.
I was using Loads of Clothes because it was convenient to use my debit card but I will not do this again. I'm not sure if y'all are running some scam off debit card users or what.
I have been doing laundry there since we moved here 5 years 4 months ago-when it was the old laundromat. I was excited when I saw the upgrades and changes to the laundromat, but am upset that my card has been incorrectly charged 9 days after I was even there.
Hi Jennifer, I fully understand your concern and as the owner, I too have a concern about this situation. I am reaching out to our third party vendor who handles all of the credit & debit card transactions on our machines. You see, we use a third party for all those transactions and we never see or have access to anyone's account information. The only information we can see is your user name, email address, if you have a credit balance (prepaid), any loyalty points you have, and when you visited our store. I have checked that information for the 6th but do not see where you visited our location on this date However, I will work with you to make sure you are refunded the proper amount you spent.
