John is such an awesome representative of this company!! Every single time I see him, he greets me with a smile and when he has time some nice conversation. On top of that the laundrymat is spotless every single time I visit. This is my number one choice to take care of my weekly neverending pile of clothes! You gotta love being an adult, right?! 🥰

I used to spend hours upon hours every week processing linens for the properties I service, until I met John, Colton, and Barry. I’ve been using the Wash-N-Fold service for a little over six months and these guys work hard to deliver consistent, quality service with a smile. John and Colton have helped me to streamline the laundry process within my short-term rental cleaning business. Trustworthy, quality service for reasonable rates. I was able to purchase Wash-N-Fold bags from them, the bags keep my linens neatly organized and labeled at all times. They separate any stained items, and also organize according to property which makes invoicing clients a breeze for me. The best part is the delivery and pick-up. I never run out of clean linens for my properties. The guys deliver my order quickly and pick up the soiled linens without missing a beat, timing the delivery perfectly every time! 10-star service every time! Thanks guys!

While we were on vacation in Nashville we needed to do a whole load of washing. Our hotel had a service but was going to cost a small fortune so we looked around for a laundromat and are so thankful we chose this one!
They offer an amazing service and would 100% recommend! We dropped off about 20lb of clothes in the morning and just after lunch collected it back, all perfectly cleaned and neatly folded. They also offer a pick-up and drop-off service if you don’t have a car yourself. All for a price that was so low we couldn’t believe it.
Colton the manager was super helpful in helping us out as internationals too, definitely worth mentioning. Genuinely, we have nothing bad that we could say about this place. Thank you!

Machines only take coins but are nice. The places seems clean but not letting your customers use the rest room with a sign on the door saying the owner doesn’t want it used along with all the outlets covered so you can’t charge your phone is why I will not be back.
Hi Zoe, I am the owner and I apologize that our restroom was not open on your visit. Our team works very hard to keep the place clean, everything functioning as it should, and our restrooms open. We are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week and at times we are not staffed and things get broken or clogged. It is unfortunate that the actions of a few guests cause us to lock the restroom and from time to time because we have to hire plumbers or we have to make a repair to the damage that was caused by these same guests. I do agree with you that the sign we should post should be a very simple Out of Order sign and we should not voice our own frustrations. I have addressed this with our staff now, and we will make signs to reflect this fact for in the future. Thanks for pointing that out.
As far as covering up any plugs, this is not an accurate statement. We only have two plugs that are in the laundromat. One has the ball game attached to it, and the second is next to the employees only door and both function 24/7. There are no other plugs not in use by machines at this location. With this information I hope you give us another try. Thank you.
Very nice assorted machines. Environment clean and orderly. Staff helpful. Left my debit card and the young man was asking the name out loud. It was I. Kind and rare to get it returned to the customer.

Store was clean and had lots of washers amd dryers. Can use an app to pay for machines ans they show the time remaining incase you want to step outside. Lots of loaded vending machines for munchies and soap

Awesome place to go and do laundry. *PRQ Clean environment with updated appliances and free WIFI. *CONS* Don't ever go with your phone charged because they have covered up all the outlets to ensure that you will not charge your phone. Runs AWESOME people off the property just because they are homeless at the moment. Talks they are garbage. They are only wanting to warn up a minute. These people are not bothering anything they're not hurting anything. Just getting warm. Be a better man .
Hi Scotty! Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review!! Unfortunately, there is a homeless problem in the Nashville area. Yes, we usually run them off and don’t let them hangout because it’s gotten so bad we have to lock the restroom when we leave at night otherwise they will lock themselves in it all night and use it as a residence. We are very sympathatic for people that are homeless but we also have a business to run and while some customers, such as yourself, don’t have an issue with a homeless person hanging out in the laundromat, many other customers feel the opposite. So, our position is come in, do your laundry but if you want to hang out, then this is not the place for that because we are trying to run a business. Thank you for understanding!
