Today I just made my first drop off for wash and fold for same day pick up and I cannot be more impressed. When I dropped off clothes (was almost about 90lbs,) my only instructions were to use gentle soap for me and my boyfriend’s sensitive skin and to wash all the blacks on cold. Well I am currently writing this as I put up my laundry because I noticed all of my clothes were separated by color and clothing type as exactly as I would have done myself. I didn’t want to be picky with my instructions because their prices were extremely fair but, they went above and beyond. On top of that, back in December I was offered a discount after doordash didn’t pick up my order (which is no fault of the laundry matt.)
I mentioned it to Colton and he honored his promise even after almost for months later. I really appreciate his awesome customer service and will definitely use them again!

Feels a little dodgy, but the machines are good and they are open 24hrs. They do take cards. Is not particularly comfortable and a little cramped

This is dang near the nicest, cleanest laundromats, 24hrs or not, here on this side of Nashville. Unfortunately this past trip Thursday night has me rethinking if I want to give the owner my business ever again. Clothes had just finished drying so packed them up and grabbed my phone to order McDonald’s breakfast. If anyone has done this before, you know it takes fr a couple minutes, no more than 5, to complete mobile order. As I’m attempting to complete my order this man enters and says “how’s it going”? My partner and I both said it’s going alright. He replied with “ok well it’s time for y’all to go”, and uses his hands in a sweeping motion as to hurry us up. Both myself and my guy were threw off & confused as to what this man’s problem with us was, so we questioned this “authority”. He goes on to say that he has been watching his cameras and that he doesn’t see any laundry visible. Mind you it had literally been 2min since my last load was complete and my laundry was in my backpack that I had on. All this would have been evident had this “owner” actually been watching said cameras. Then he goes on to say that he had to run some folks out earlier, which had absolutely nothing to do with what is happening at the present time. He then goes on to mock/ play stupid with what my partner was saying. The moral of this story is that the only excuse this “owner” could have to act in this manner is that he’s got some prejudice tendencies. Whether he’s got issues with black folks, and/ or problems with a white guy & black guy associating with each other. It’s just easier to say this tall, bald, white man with glasses that drives a red/ maroon dodge truck, that may or may not be the owner of this establishment is a racist. It’s a dang shame for anybody to act this way, and even more of a shame that me & my guy were treated like this when it most definitely wasn’t warranted. Will not allow myself to spend my $$$ that will benefit this man in any way. We had a good run Loads of Clothes, but IT’S OVER NOW!
