Bad laundromat. There’s one older woman who works here who is an absolute gem but the rest are mostly rude.
They have multiple signs saying hours are 730- but I’ve been there at that time and had to wait until eight before with the woman opening telling me “I told em (the owners) I’m not coming in until 8”.
Also they just raised the prices even more absurdly than they were previously.

Always very clean which I appreciate, but hours have been confusing during COVID. Google/my most recent picture of their new hours says they open at 7:30, got there on the dot to get a load in before work, locked up. Phone message says they open at 8....

Could be my bad but even still, hours have been really inconvenient for anyone working a 9-5 :(

I lugged my laundry from my apartment TWICE this week well with in the posted hours on google, their window, and a printed flyer I was given - to the place being completely closed and locked up. It's happened before and on top of that, I have seen people, myself included get snapped at by the staff nearly every time I've been in there.
I am finally committing to walk slightly out of my way to go to Waterfront Laundry or A New Spin from now on. I recommend both of those places which are very close by. boooo.
