Even under new ownership, this place is awful. Absolutely terrible customer service. Older women that work there are beyond rude. Also, dont post signs saying you're open daily till 5pm but then close at noon!!! Awful, do not go there.

We love this place, staff is always extremely kind and helpful. It is very clean and user-friendly. Prices are reasonable, we use the machines there, rather than the ones in our building, their machines do a great job, well maintained.

Does not open at 7:30am... they need to update the hours on their website.
Carried multiple loads of laundry just to turn around.

I went there at 1pm today and as I was about to start my wash cycle, I hear this lady yell at me from the register saying "our last wash was at 12.30". and she repeated that same exact line to me again as if I couldn't understand. I was just stunned when i heard it the first time. Disappointed but what can i say, this is so expected of a 1 star rating laundromat. Couple things that they could've done differently;
1) update their hours on google as it says open from 7.30am - 7pm
2) maybe not yell, and tell me in a more polite way

Always very clean which I appreciate, but hours have been confusing during COVID. Google/my most recent picture of their new hours says they open at 7:30, got there on the dot to get a load in before work, locked up. Phone message says they open at 8....

Could be my bad but even still, hours have been really inconvenient for anyone working a 9-5 :(
