Bad laundromat. There’s one older woman who works here who is an absolute gem but the rest are mostly rude.
They have multiple signs saying hours are 730- but I’ve been there at that time and had to wait until eight before with the woman opening telling me “I told em (the owners) I’m not coming in until 8”.
Also they just raised the prices even more absurdly than they were previously.

Do not use this laundromat!! Their official hours say they are open until 7pm but can change "without advance notice" so I also called to double check and they confirmed they would close at 7. Came by at 6pm to pick up my washing only to find the doors locked and no one answering the phone. Better to go literally anywhere else than deal with this garbage

I lugged my laundry from my apartment TWICE this week well with in the posted hours on google, their window, and a printed flyer I was given - to the place being completely closed and locked up. It's happened before and on top of that, I have seen people, myself included get snapped at by the staff nearly every time I've been in there.
I am finally committing to walk slightly out of my way to go to Waterfront Laundry or A New Spin from now on. I recommend both of those places which are very close by. boooo.

My hopes still surpass this laundry store! I am always pleased with their service because they always make sure that everything is well and properly washed! They deserve to make everyone remember them!
